Return Policy
Order Withdrawal
If you purchased through our website www.mefurry.com, received the product in perfect condition, and still do not feel satisfied with the purchase, you may request cancellation via our Customer Service at contato@mefurry.com.
But please pay attention to the rules below.
Timeframe for withdrawal:
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act, customers who purchase from online shops have up to 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal.
⚠️ Note: The right of withdrawal is a true “cooling-off period”. Its purpose is to protect the consumer from unfair commercial practices and the lack of opportunity to inspect the product before purchase. However, it does not give the right to test or use the product.
The wish to cancel must be communicated immediately to our Customer Service, following these rules:

The goods must be returned via post to the return address provided by our support team.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all manuals included.

Proof of purchase must be enclosed.

The product must not show any signs of use.
⚠️ Products returned outside the above specifications will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
Refunds

Credit Card: Refunds may take up to two subsequent billing cycles to appear.

⚠️ Refunds are only processed after the return and inspection of the product at our Distribution Centre. The product must not show any evidence of use.
Note: All cancellation requests must be communicated to our Customer Service before shipping the product back. A written note explaining the request must be enclosed with the return. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
Clothing and Footwear
We do not accept exchanges due to incorrect size chosen by the customer. We provide detailed sizing charts for all products to avoid mistakes.
According to the Consumer Rights Act, there is no legal obligation for retailers to accept exchanges for reasons of size, colour, or model. The right guaranteed to customers is the replacement of products only in cases of manufacturing defects or items not as described.
Faulty Products
Products sold by mefurry.com are covered by a 90-day warranty for natural manufacturing defects.
Return procedure:

The goods must be sent via post to the return address indicated on the shipping label.

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase must be included.

A written statement describing the defect, how the product was used, and its frequency of use must be enclosed.
⚠️ Products that do not meet the above specifications will not be accepted for defect analysis and will automatically be returned to the sender.
Analysis of Defects

A defect analysis will be carried out by our suppliers, who will provide a final report.

Average completion time: 15 working days after the product is received.
Favourable Report:

The customer will receive a replacement of the same product, delivered free of charge.

If the same model is not available, the customer will be informed and may choose another product of equal value from our website.

If the chosen product is of higher value, the difference must be paid by the customer.
Unfavourable Report:

The product will be returned to the customer along with a rejection note, without substitution.
Causes of rejection include:

No defect found.

Evidence of improper use.

Accidental damage.

Natural wear and tear.

Improper washing or handling.
Automatic Order Cancellation by mefurry.com
The cancellation of the order and release of products by initiative of mefurry.com will occur automatically in the following situations:

Inability to process the payment on the credit card.

Inconsistent data provided in the order.

Out of stock.
Refunds by Initiative of mefurry.com
Refunds may also occur in the following cases:

Undeliverable address: If delivery is impossible due to an incorrect or inaccessible address provided by the customer, the product will be returned to our Distribution Centre. The refund will cover only the value of the products, excluding shipping costs.

Stock shortages: If the purchased product is unavailable due to stock issues, the customer will be refunded in full via the same payment method used. Customers will be notified of such cases.
